Drainage area planning (DAP)

Drainage area planning (DAP)

A Drainage area plan is a comprehensive study of an entire drainage sewerage catchment, which uses a vast amount of asset and performance data on the condition, performance and future capabilities of the sewers in that area. The goal of these studies to be build a hydraulic model that allows the stakeholders to prioritise sewers in need of upgrading and to ensure that wastewater infrastructure is in place to support population and economic growth.

A variety of surveys are undertaken to provide the data needed to build this hydraulic model for the existing drainage network. USA Ltd, has many years’ experience in providing these range of services from manhole survey, CCTV survey, pump station surveys and flow and rainfall studies.
